Chris, thank you for the correction and for the full list of the technologies used. There is nothing wrong in upgrading to bigger versions later when the project gains some attention and funds. Free tools and services can help us to start a business even when we have zero budget. And when it becomes successful it's logical to pay for an upgrade to facilitate its further growth. Anyway you guys showed great knowledge of the tools available and how to use them together successfully.

We used a free wiki, but we did end up paying for the bigger verion, just in case. (Just a technical correction).

So, in all, here's the tech we used to make PodCamp:

Wiki- pbwiki
Email- (most of us used gmail)
IM- Adium or iChat (depending)
Voice- Skype and then Gizmo (watch part of the video at podcamp.wordpress.com for a funny story about this).
Blog- wordpress.com (free, too)
Customer Relations - Technorati (how I found you)
Group Chat- Campfire (37 signals)

Kinda neat, eh?
